Extremely nice vacation at Hotel New Otani Saga. We will repeat. The breakfast was exceptional and our holidays was magnificent.

Good hotel, almost everything is close. Personnel are super pleasant and helpful and speak great English. There are actually activities just about every evening and it´s a great way to socializing with people today. Rooms and services are ok and towels changed every day. Only problem was beds are a bit squeaky but that’s pretty insignificant. Fantastic value for the money!
